Zhen de shou is a diet pill that suppress your appetite..it is taken only once a day before taking your breakfast..and after that you will not feel hungry and you can feel that your stomach is really full..BUT BEWARE it has also side effects that can be harmful to your health..Im not trying to black propagate this product, im just sharing my experiences to all the people concern. I used this product for only 10 days and i can say this didnt work for me. I thought i will be hospitalized coz i felt the numbness on my whole body..i feel the dryness of my throat from time to time..so i have to take water to quench that dryness. My skin also get dried, my hand and feet get cold and i really feel that my resistance went down. Its good that i didnt stop taking my multivitamins and i think it helps alot..so guys, if youre using a diet pill, pls be sure that it will work on your body..or otherwise..youll be sorry for the rest of your life..FYI..
