You are so wrong! How can you possibly think that? Women are no more responsible for crimes committed towards them, than men are for crimes against them. There is no way to know exactly what is responsible for crimes committed against anyone.

I don't think so! Women are women, yes they want to look good but crime committed is beyond their control. Men can admire without doing such crime or harassment. Every person is responsible for what they do, don't blame other people for that.
