Christmas work do

Im off to my Christmas work night out tonight and Im not really looking forward to it. I used to love things like this- big mad nights out, but as Ive gotten older they have lost their appeal. Does this happen everyone or is it just me?

I don't go to them anymore. I leave them to the younger generation. I'm all for a quiet night by the fire with a good book or a dvd.

Well I went to mine. Only home now and bit drunk. Am I glad I went??? Yes I learned a lot of stuff about the politics of where I work and no as Im going to be dying in the morning.
