i'm not a webmaster, i learn on my own how to build a webside... i use microsoft office frontpage, and i found this a good program, very easy and intuitive!

Your host should have a web based editor. However you can use Microsoft FrontPage. If you want a free one then you want Yahoo SiteBuilder http://webhosting.yahoo.com/ps/sb/index.php
