yes, i think i'm guilty of that... i usually makes "tampo" or acts cold toward my boyfriend whenever he doesn't give me what i want... he can't stand it so he ends up giving in to my wants and wishes...
Sometimes I question my discipline tactics and hope they are not damaging. Discipline with my teenagers. They often call it a quilt-trip. A person should feel guilty about wrongs they have committed and feel guilty.
