Could you impose the Death Penalty?

If you were a judge...could u impose the death penalty on someone...even though there is a slight chance of that person being innocent?...could u live with yourself after and would it eat at you to think you might b wrong?

i think yes, only to those who have unforgivable crime like rape with murder (specially rape in young girls and even to thier relatives)
