I Got A Laptop

I got it the day after Thanksgiving when all the stores had their Black Friday sales. It is a Compaq and I LOVE IT. I still need to get a wireless router but hubby says wait until after Christmas, so for now, I run a cable through the house so I can use it LOL.

If it has a wireless card installed,try seeing if it will pick anything up.My Mac laptop picks up the neighbors wireless and works just fine since it's not password protected.If it'll pick up then you won't have to spend the money on a router.;-)
