Try to play some poker, I do. I play for small amounts and change table as a win. Last night I won 550 $ and started with just 20 $. Offcourse I dont win every time but i try to stopp in time, set a budget for example 20 $ a month, set a time table for your self and stick to it, never rush for more money and try to "win back" if you lost. Good luck

i think this is something the offline casinos have been trying to push.
online gambleing is odd. some people go nuts, many people calm down.
alot of offline casinos have been doing things to suck in alot of money. they will have an event, they will have a special, you will sleep inside them in their hotel rooms, you will pay for the special event/buffet, there is special entertainment, you spend money on these things.. you run out,.. you use credit cards and debit cards to get money to play. then you do it again because you went through so much to do it before and you need money to return, right. then you do it again because the money to return is gone.
People have found online gambleing that doesn't involve money or is small ammounts of money,.. i know places I can play games for free or for fractions of pennies per game.
some people however go nuts and the online places are all too willing... to "help" which is really finding you more ways to get into debt and junk. I guess they keep helping until people owe them or some places thousands of dollars.
my rules have been to never give credit card information to game sites and to never spend more then what they start you out with and the winnings (which shouldn't be a problem since i don't give them my credit card so if i go to zero on the free money or however is in my account, they can't take more and I can't give more).
