USA Beatles concert in 1964..

I went to a Beatles concert in Minneapolis MN, in 1964 and am looking for others who also went to a Beatles concert that summer. What thoughts, feelings, and images do you still have regarding that concert? I really don't remember the music much, which is sad because that is why I went. I was only twelve yrs. old and was amazed at how FAR away they were(thank god I had binoculars!), heard mostly SCREAMING, and am nostalgic about the fact that life was SO safe back then that my parents were able to drop me off at the stadium by myself and pick me up after the concert!! All went well...

I went to a Beatles concert in Detroit that same summer. Yeah, they looked like little specks on the stage and all you could hear was screaming. But all I cared about was that I was in the same building with Paul McCartney! (Then 30 years later I went to a Paul McCartney concert with my 20 year old son!)
It sure was a different time. For one thing, the concert tickets were $6, and most of the girls wore skirts or dresses. And remember how the parents thought that the Beatles in their Edwardian suits and ties and long hair were so radical? At least when the Rolling Stones came out, my parents quit complaining about the Beatles!
