Linux vs Windows

technically Linux is better but as workstation/home PC user Windows is the only way to go, most commercial software that you use will not work with Linux and you will be very limited in choices, with Windows you can just go online and buy, try, or download free software to do virtually anything you can think of.

Linux is the best OS for any programmers. Since i am a programmer I prefer linux. Not only that it is much secure, very user friendly, got lots of softwares.
