Does anyone get PMS?

A week before my period, I feel down, irritable and anxious, and my skin breaks out. Does anyone else get this?

As far as I know every woman gets this, I know how it feels! Men have it so easy lol, they dont have to go throuhg pms or have babies only thing they have to worry about is being kicked in the testies
