Grey's Anatomy vs E.R

What is the big deal about grey's anatomy? its like the fever is catching everyone. I have only seen one episode and it hasn't intrigued me. I prefer E.R. Or is it because I nvr saw the 1st season? Educate me people.

I agree totally! I loved Thursday nights at 9:00 PM. I've tried to watch Grey's Anatomy several times, and just can't seem to care at all! I have heard, though, that there is a spinoff of ER that should be showing soon. Maybe we will get lucky and it will be this fall.
