I'm fat and I feel ugly...

Jeez, i've tried so many products to help me loose weight but nothing is working. I don't eat a lot and I try to exercise everyday plus I drink this fat blocker table which I need to consume 1 tablet before or after every meal. It's so frustrating that I've exercise so much effort and I don't see any result at all. Is there anyone out there who can advice me to effectively loose weight.

Consider taking Hoodia supplements to decrease your appetite so that you can stick to a healthy diet. Of course you'll have to continue exercising. I would check with your doctor to see if you have a medical condition that is causing the weight gain, also. Yes, see a doctor, get some tests done. Some people have hormonal/endocrinal problems.

Crash diets are very unhealthy. There are also a lot of slimming pills that has very bas side effects. Some of these pills can damage the liver. My advice for you is just to start living healthy.Eat a balance meal. Take out most of the sugars like sweets and softdrinks and continue exercising.

Here's what you do: Eat six small meals a day. Don't eat anything processed. Make sure each meal has a protein, a green vegetable, and then carrots or something like that. The portions should be about the size of your hand. And make sure you absolutely eat breakfast every morning. Now, also exercise 6 mornings a week. Say on monday, wednesday and friday morning, go for a 20 min jog or bicycle ride or some other cardio activity. On Tuesday, thursay, and saturday morning, do a weight workout with dumbbells. Do upper body tuesday, lower on thursday, and upper again on saturday. The following week do lower on tuesday, upper on thursday and lower on saturday. By doing that, you can and will drop plenty of weight. If you want more detail, feel free to email me.

A lot ways are there to reduce weight, but I believe, its actually a matter of motivation and inspiration on one's part that makes a particular method successful. You can try aerobics, yoga, exercising, diet controlling or any other medication. But there need to be a level of consistancy in it and it should become a habit. Try going for something you like or something which could be helpful to you in your day to day life. Try walking for a certain part of the distance to your work or use bicycle to go around or simply play with children, teach them a game or two... the thing is you should be loving the method out!

I think you should visit a physical trainer and join the gym that is the best way to lose weight! and healthy way also... because they wil analyse ur fat to water ratio and give you exxcercises baed on that... best of luck! :)

You just need to sport. If you have time go out start to run or go to the fitness and use the bicycles it help a lot.

i know exactly how you feel.i feel the same way about myself.after the holidays me and my dear husband are going to do weight watchers.theres only two things thats ever worked for me well three drinking lots of water,weight watchers,and the six week body makeover by micheal thurmond.i will stick with weight watchers its easier.
