what's your worst customer service experience?

state the name of the establishment and what happened. let's try to share it with other users to avoid the same horrible experience. Pizza Hut (all branches in my country so far)- I've waited for my takeout pizza for about one hour (YUP! it sucks), then 10 mins for my change. HSBC - this is our company's bank, my salary was on hold for almost three weeks because they don't want to accept my Social Security ID and my company ID as proof! Then why the hell other banks can?! and when I finally submitted a photocopy of mt passport, they procedd it and i waited for two weeks! Also when you call cutomer service or the bank itself, you'll get irate reps. deal with it!
