My step mom spoiling my younger bro

Iam kindda confused regarding the future of my family. My step mom is doing everything to make my younger bro a spoilt brat and we are unable to do anything about it. She doesnt allows me to to even talk with my little 8 yrs bro and i can see the results as my bro has started cheating my dad by telling lottsa lies which are ofcourse taught by my step mom. My dad knows about it but isnt doing anything. He says everything will be fine later but when ?? What should i do now ? Iam so frustrated ! :(
