No way! My husband and I have different beliefs in regards to religion, and neither of us have a problem with that. How could one honestly give themselves to the beliefs of another religion if it wasn't what was in their heart?

No, not unless they want to. I think people of different religions can still work things out. It does get complicated if there are children involved though.

No there is nothing wrong with two religions in one family. It just means more to celebrate and learning.

I agree with firelight. How can u believe if your heart is not in it? Conversion does not make any sense to me. Its like as though you cannot accept the person for who they are just because their beliefs are different to yours. I am married to someone of a different faith and I did not choose to convert. We respect each other's beliefs!

That's one of those things that should be discussed before you get married. You should never convert to any religion unless you feel it's right in your heart. You have to stand before God all by yourself.
