Do you think that cars being driven with no insurance should be towed?

Some states do this now, or at least have the option to. What are your thoughts on that? Should your state implement that? Thank you all and good luck!

In India is against law to derive a vehicle without the following papers:
1. Driving licence
2. Ownership of car through Registration Certificate
3. Uptodate Insurance
4. Emission test certificate
5. iF Taxes are payable every year, tax paid challan.
If the Transport authorities catch the vehicle under the above circumstances, they can seize the vehicle and put pentalties for each count.
If the police authorities (Traffic) catch they can put penalties.
If accidents occur and found that insurance is not taken, no claim will be honoured and liable for prosecution.

yes because when and if they have a accident they can't pay and some of them run away then they still have to go to jail or they should. That is why they are using the DMV to stop them from driving.
