good ways to do after retairment earn and work

if some wants to retaire but wants to do some small job and social work what are the ways can any body help me?

Schools are the areas, one needs consultants as counsellors One can organize libraries in rural areas and also take up Youth for development.

What about putting up a small business like internet or gaming cafes. I heard they make some good money on this business plus it does not require much physical work thou i think you have to have some cash for start up. greetings. : )
