For me it's not. Video game is games that you play and it has a goal that you need to achieve. Surfing the Internet is an activity where you browse websites. They're totally unrelated to each other.

Every movement with the mouse we do on the display can be considered an animation, but nor really a video game. But if this it your point of view i respect it. Good luck!

no i don't think so. but surfing looks some what intresting when we could see or know some new things.

no i dont think surfing the net is a video game i did not get your point what you were trying to say but surfing is done for fun and to improve the present condition of your pc or your cell phone by downloading softwares for them

a game is played between minimum of two persons.it has some rules to follow.there should be some equipment to play a game,sometimes its an exception when playing mind games where we use only our mind.
surfing the net also has two members,one is yourself and another is the website owner.there are also rules like you should not enter the site when you are below 18 or administrators only have the access.well there is definetly an equipment thats the computer.
