These day so many TV channels are showing advertisements on sauna belt. And also so many web site are there selling it. Does anyone knows what is sauna belt. How it works? And how it can reduce waight? Actully I am planning to buy one. Is it a good Idea to do so? Can any one share your experiences with sauna belt? thanks in advace.
