I am so sorry but websites submission is not working anymore, if you will submit your site your life will become even harder then now, because after you will submit your site the search engines will start keep an eye for you, because it would mean that you are more likely will try to promote your website....just let them find your website from the links from other sites and directories, thats the best way..
