These days the mother and father is working and kids are growing up with their nannies. Should we be concerned?

It is not at all good trend, but one cannot help in the present day economic system. The best thing one can do, is Parents to spend more hours with the child once they are back from work, so that child will be able to learn a lot from parents.

we need to be concerned, because our children might inherit their attitudes. we need to be concerned and be apt to our childrens needs. knowing what happen to them and be an answer to their needs.

Yes. But what can the parents do if they have to work for a living. What I personally feel is if what ever time the parents have they should spend with children. Its not the quantity but the quality of time spent.

To some extent yes. Although I don’t think no parent places their child under the care of someone else by choice, most would be happy to stay at home if they could. Are you going to help them complete that task or more guilt about them leaving them in the first place? Most parents will strive to spend time with their children, I think it’s that’s the case, they’re always in good hands.
