Problems you can't tell anyone..not even your friends

was there a time that you had a certain problem that you can't tell anyone because its so grave they might end up judging you right after telling them? what do you do and how do you deal with it?

Helloooo Those problems, which i cann't tell to even my best friend, how could i tell here, use ur common sense here.

im not exactly asking you to divulge such problems here, mate. just asking what you normally do or how you deal with it. just a way of knowing if some of us does experience this kind of situation

I'm lucky I've never had a problem like that. And I'm even luckier to have friends who I can really trust. I know they won't judge me, no matter what situation I get myself into. But if ever I'll be in the kind of situation that you gave, I'll go to a quiet place where I can be alone and think clearly about the situation I'm in. I might also bring a match or lighter, some paper, and a pen. I'll write the things that trouble me. While I'm writing, I'll talk to God just as if I'm talking to person I really trust. Then I'll burn the paper/s. Doing these, writing my problems and talking to God, will surely ease the burden that I'm carrying in my heart.

Yes I have a lot that I keep to myself as I have trusted people in the past and I now know you can't trust anyone 100%, I learnt the hard way.
