well for a woman.. it wud b 25... coz she can face the working world.. b something in life.. make a name for herself...
and for a guy it wud b 26+... coz he gotta learn and earn for his n his family's living/...

i'd say 25. old enough to be out in the working world, old enough to make decisions for herself, old enough to have her own money. i would advise her to then wait to have kids, maybe 3 years. this way the couple could get to know each other as a married couple. then start that family.
