Chico fruit! Tasty, tangy, soft, brown fruit that grows in the Philippines and I believe also in some neighboring countries in the Asia Pacific region. It is seasonally available and is prized by some as an aphrodisiac. Have any one of you tasted Chico in your country? Do you like it?

Funny that so many people does not know this ancient fruit. It grows in the tropics and is savoured by many Asian nations.

Ok, I found the picture!! YES, I love this fruit!! It is so delicious but it is very rare here in California. Normally we get tropical fruits from Florida and Mexico!!
Anyway, I also found another web site which has the nursery that sells the seed through another picture. Anyway, the nursery is NEAR my house (an hour away)
WOW may be I will buy the tree and grow it here !!!! Thanks for the information.
Now I can get some fruits and eat them may be?? LOL

Whooaahhh!! Fast and accurate. Yes that's my favourite! Sweet and really tasty. I always felt that I could eat several kilos of that in one sitting.
But you know what do not eat that before going to church, or meet a priest or a nun, or if you are meeting some formal, straight nice friends or relatives!
