Technically australia has never declared independence, so technically England wins the Ashes every time.

I agree with you on this count. But if Austrailia is still a colony of England then how come the world recognises it as an individual country. How does this country send its team to Olympics, commom wealth games and other platforms.

i think it is 1930's....india won england...how can u say england won it...? independance is not related to loss or win...
