Who was the best James Bond? / myLot

Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan or Daniel Craig? Who is the best James Bond? How should he look like? I have almost never heard a bad word put in about Sean Connery as Bond. I've noticed that with the other Bond actors people seem to have sort of a love/hate opinion on them. Everybody seems to appreciate Connery. I feel the same. Watched Casino Royal...Daniel was acting great but ...he is just not Sean Connery:) I think it has to do with Connery being the original Bond and that every actor since has been compared to him. If Connery had been the second or third Bond, would he still been the general favourite??

I like Roger Moore, But the newest james Im not impressed, it looks he is not fit to that role. Sorry I m just being true to myself.

Great points about Sean Connery being the original James Bond, but I think he would have been fantastic no matter where he came into the picture. I think he is absolutely brilliant as Bond, and I feel insulted when forced to watch someone else as Bond. My favourite movie is From Russia With Love. I've seen it about 49 times.
