it deserve an oscar... Every one in the movie have good and a strong role..Nobody wasted their role..They play an excellent job there..That is the speciality of the film..The Aamir's present in the film is a highlight,but he live like a usual charecter in the film without any special star performance..All this makes the fim this much different..

i think it would have won us if lage raho wasnt nominated any how all the best to rdb in the oscars

it will win or not is not certain because media has created rumours that it invokes violence , but they dont know that it didnt tell you to be violent , instead it told about shaking up the whole system so that the whole political scenario can be changed , coz then only we will have an india of free minds , corrupt free which would be , but it remains to be seen if the oscar people are great enoughto realise this , only then can Rdb win an oscar

I don't know abt u ppl but RDB set a message to ppl arnd it, this kinda movie exactly are not the best 1 that wins oscars. Take for example NO MANS LAND the story merges with facts, but RDB loses ground in facts and near to true happenings more overs it got songs that are sometimes a disadvantage to juries.

i think had it been made in US then it would have definately won an oscar.. but as its made in india its can best b nominated for it thats it..

dear nish, Being polite, I would like to say that your question that whether RDB is good enogh to win a oscar for india is wrong. Its no doubt, RDB is a historic film, perhapas the best patriotic film ever made anywhere, the way it has blended freedom fighting with current affairs. But the problem is jury for oscar are more interested in seeing films which satisfy their needs, targeting their problems.
