Love Birds

I like the look of love birds but don't know much about them at all. How much time do you need to spend with them to make them talk? Do they just eat budgie food? can you walk with them on your shoulder?

i my opinion teaching love birds are very difficult..But even i enjoy the difficulty because i love birds...
