WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SERVICES IN INDIA . DO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE ARE ABLE TO SHORT OUT YOUR ALL PROBLEMS AND QUERIES .
ACCORDING TO ME NO , JUST CALL ANY MOBILE SIM CARD SERVICE PROVIDER AND ASK THEIR EXECUTIVE FOR THEIR COMPANIES SERVICES DETAIL ,EVEN THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT WHOLE SERVICES .

I have a hutch cell connection. And its customer care is very good.
I dont know about others..

I know that a lot of customer care of different company from all around the world are located in India. So the problem can be bigger. Sometime you are caling from London to a call center somewhere in India. I don't know if it is good or bad and if is working well or not.
