why male have use full cloths but female use less and less cloths

In world many of the countries male all use full suit and complite dress wear but female are useing less and less dresses in any sesons . what is reason for that besides fashion.

it is only western culture and it if also fashion also for females we look figure, and in males we look face only thats why
