What is the craziest thing you've ever bought off of ebay or while browsing ebay was are some of the craziest things you have found?

Personally I've never bought anything through ebay, but a guy I know managed to find (and bought) a copy of the very Penthouse magazine he had first used when... well, I don't think I need to go on, back in the early 80s. So, I guess it is true, you can really find anything on ebay.
