Merging countries...Let's start with....

See there are too many countries on our planet these days. It's hard for school children to keep up with them, let alone their capital cities. I propose we start merging countries, like multi-national companies do taking over other businesses. My first choice would be to merge Pakistan with India. We can call the new country Pakdia...or maybe Indistan. Any other ideas?
