what do you think about meditation?

what are your views about doing meditation. is it compulsory for a man to do if it is then when one should do it . in his free time and free mind or leave all your work at the time of ot and go to your meditation

I don't think that meditation is compulsory. However, I do meditate and after seeing the benefits of meditation upon my own life then I think it is something that all people should consider doing.
As for a particular time to meditate, again I think that is up to the individual. Personally, I meditate when I get home from work as that is the time which is most convenient for me and also the time when I feel meditation is most beneficial for me. What do you think?
