yes bpo`s are creating a boom in india..people who in need of money n hunger of work works in bpo`s..its really a great..industry to work with...but contadictory people in india..adopt many things of foreign countries n finally it turns to b worse..as in india...people work in call centres..wht is a call centre..its jus a part of bpo..elders dnt think call centre is not a good thing to work in..i do agree but people who really in neeed of money n work..wht should they do?? so i strongly say that call centre is a part of bpo...call centre is a part of bpo..any multi national company having more than a branch in any foreign countries is called as bpo...so call centre is just a part of bpo...in india it is very helpful jus by bpo india`s unemployment problem has cme down 2 44 percent..so india shuld b very tp have more bpo firms..people with poor financial background,poor academics,many other consequences with all soughts of issues..than also one is liable to opt for a bpo..which only a basic and good communication skills...and if doesnt even satisfy this condition,by there confidence level they will b trained to work..so bpo rocks in india...in india people think call centre only work in night..THEY ARE TOTALlY WRONG..it is not..call centres are just they work at night n provide 24x7 service..no they are voice based services as well as non-voice services..so when it comes for toatlly voice based services.it is called as a call centre..and when it is not totally voice based...its is not a call centre...they are many fields in bpo..they are totally twenty three fields in a BPO..i will name few of them call centre,health insurance,medical transcrition,data entry,sales,they are many...so bpo is really good for india as well for indians...just because of bpo india is buzzing at many parts of the world..which indians coul dnever think off...
