Which one do you prefer? I prefer books because the movie is usually completely inacurate compared with the book and the story becomes so screwed up.

I prefer books to films that are standard.
I do not want to see what they interpreted a director and a writer of a book. I know the book by the author through what he wanted to convey through his own vision. Because it's his story and he just knows how to say it better.
Do not say, and movies have their qualities, but a movie after a book is not just a reproduction, sometimes not so successful.
Rarely watch a movie after a book read,I prefer other Movies.
Because it pisses me off. When you sit and read the entire work of an author, you begin to understand, I see very good style. And movies kills. Movies change many of the books just to catch this phase which they say the public better.
In addition, when I read, I imagine the book world, as characters move, what they feel ... I make my own mental movie. I get that.

I am definitely for the BOOK rather than the movie. I read the book "Sleeping with the Enemy" but there's also a movie out with Julia Roberts and the book was sooooo much better. Also, I read "The Notebook" but have not seen the movie. I don't think I want to because I like the book so much.
