Should All the Crown Land in BC Go To The Natives?

This is a question for all of you in British Columbia. Do you think that all crown land that is in BC should go to Natives in these Treat Processes? Or do you think they should remain in the Federal Governmnt's hands. Have you ever read the Royal Proclamation of 1763? Discuss.
