you should be alarmed then. it means a new world order: one president, one emperor. he could be a saint or a "Chancellor Palpatine"

Its sounds a great idea, but i dont think practically it is possible to do so. It may also lead to domination of the world by a single force which supervises over it which can be disastorous. Still it is worth a try.
