Sure no one is perfect, but she didnt say she was perfect, she just said nothing was wrong with her, asking the question "Whats wrong with you?" can be taken in many different ways. Maybe you should try to be a bit more discriptive in your questions. For example, Do you have any health problems? What are they?

Mentally, no, nothing is wrong with me. physically, Im fine too. Just need to have a surgery in 2 weeks but that about it. after the surgery, Im good to go.
