if i drink two cups of coffee, it is good or bad for health?why? thank you~

You never know. For a long time they said it was bad for you. Now the latest I've read said that it's good for you. I guess if you enjoy drinking it, go ahead. I've known people who drank a lot of coffee their whole lives and lived into their 90s, so I guess it can't be that bad for us.
