I hate being late, but I end up always last in the line.
My dog hate's me because I feed him just before he collapse of starvation.
Stupid lateness I lost many opportunities and not to mention
love one's.

A little bit of planning day to day basis put you on right track. Before you go to bed, keep a notebook and jot down what are the things you are going to do next day. (TTD = things to do). Set the alarm, get up on time, systematically go on do things one after the other. You might find more leisure time in the evening. Relax.
