End of Poverty from world "2030 " target!! what you say!

well friends lets dicuss worlds most discussable topic here in mylot!will really poverty will finished from world till 2030! is it possible! give your views after having look to following raw data that i had collected !1)1 billion people in world cannot read and write.
2)1.2 billion lack access to safe drinking water.
3)50,000 peoples die everyday due to poverty related causes in world.
4)800 million go to bed hungry every day.
5)35% of world's poor live in india.
( india's poverty ratio is a disgraceful 28% that is because the government has failed dismally to provide evry village with five basics of growth)

Yes poverty can be eliminated. In this day and age if we cant provide basic necessities then all these developments are useless. I dont care that much about stats. But I do believe it can be done. We must take 25% earnings of 100 richest indians and just distribute. Very simple process. :)

I think poverty will not be eradicated at the end of 2030. A lot of them who are in power and authority are corrupt. They dont think about the welfare of the poor people. They only cater the rich one. The rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer. They are selfish and only think about theirselves.
