which one you'd prefer to choice, milk or juice?

I like to drink the orange juice,
but sometimes I 'd prefer to choice milk
because drinking milk made me skin became
softness and whiteness
I just enjoy this sense ,
comfortable!

I love both. I must have my apple juice and I love my sunny D. I like milk but not plain I usually drink either chocolate or strawberry milk but plain milk is good with cookies, donuts, or certain types of pies.
