I have had a at least one dog allowing us to live with them for the last 40 years.
At the moment I have three Staffordshire bull terriers letting us co-habit.
The are brilliant dogs it seems they get a lot of bad press, but on investigation more oftan than not it is not a pure breed SBT that is to blame.
For me they have the X-factor. and I really can't see me having any other breed of dog now.
The female we have is red and very quiet she likes to observe life and only shows off to the family with her crazey carforting.
The dog is another kettle of fish. He is black brindle and very handsome thinks all the female dogs in the world cannot resist him!! If he were a person he would be a Mr Speedo strutting his stuff on the beach with gold medalions swinging. His personality is HUGE and he is so funny. Quite hard work though as he does not know how to entertain himself.
We also have a puppy, and I think she will be outstanding in entertainment value. She is also fearless, thinks she is at least as big as a great dane so our work is cut out trying to make her realise that humans do feel pain when being peirced by sharp little needles that she calls teeth.
However I would not be without any of them and hopefully we have a litter expected in Febuary, so more little needles to be endured .!!!!
