i definitely agree with this, another advantage of this that their parents would lessen their worries about their kids doing drug and bad things like that.

I love the idea. Kids shouldn't be out roaming the streets at all hours of the night. Their parents should honestly keep them in check, but since they won't or don't care.. I'm glad the law is taking care of it!

People drink because their freinds drink
People drink without reason
People drink thinking that it is their right to manhood/womanhood.
People drink for 1001 reasons.
What is important is drinking is not good for health.
