Is there a Max Payne 3 in making??? / myLot

I have palyed both the Max Payne titles an d I'm wondering if there is a 3rd title in the making... A 3rd game in the series was announced in 2004 there have been no further announcements yet. I would love to play the next series... Does anyone has any idea about it?

i played max payne 1 & 2 before, i like the story and the graphic, espacially the moving action. anywhere i have no idea will 3rd game in the series when to be announced ?
