Well, I had a cold and I had it for two weeks and now, a month later, I still have certain symptoms. Once in a while I will get my stuffy nose back. Not to mention I'm still coughing once in a while. So, I figured I would ask all of you what it is you specifically use to get rid of your colds. I guess another good question to ask would be how do you boost your immunity. I know I have a low immunity and would like some pointers, let me know what you've got!

KfC chicken helps us...chicken soup with garlic, onion, hot peppers (your choice) Avoid sugar as it surpresses the immune system for up to 6 hours. Sore throat we eat potato chips...or gargle with salt water. Hope any of this helps you!!

Oh wow. I like your response. I knew hot peppers were good (and I looooove hot peppers!). Yet, I did not know about the sugar part. That's awesome advice! Thank you!

Well, the next question I have for you, is a warm humidifier or a cold one? I was told by the doctor (for other purposes) to get a humidifier, and I didn't realize that they had a cold one and a hot one. I ended up getting the cold one, and it did put moisture in the air, but it didn't help with the purpose I initially bought it for.

You need to drink a lot of water each day at least 2 litres a day. If you had cold, you should use onion to smell it. Drink lemon juice, lemonade, walk and work not staying bed long. Eat soup, go out in the open fresh air to breath, sit under the sun, or take a good pill that match you.
