What lessons that you've learned in 2006?

well i've learned that tom and jerry are just cartoon characters. armstrong never landed on the moon. I will never be able to pass my exams.

I had a bad start of 2006.. the first thing tat i would like to share, is ma brother's accident.. We couldn't celebrate new year..He met with an accident on Dec 31st.. I learnt how un-expected incidents n accidents make our life darkened.. I learnt how to take life with a smile even if we r not okay in health.. This i learnt, when ma brother had an appendicitis operation on the same month of accident.. I learnt how motivation makes one to succeed when ma mom motivated me, n i won "ALL-ROUNDER" and "MISS.ENTHUSIASM" titles on a 2 day workshop conducted in our college.. I learnt how important friendship is when i realised i'm in the final year of coll life.. I learnt how people love me n ma dance when each one of them wrote their testimonials in ORKUT.. I learnt many things.. The best lesson i learnt is,NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE..SAY I'M POSSIBLE!! BE POSIIVE n never lose ya CONFIDENCE.. People may be jealous on ur improvement, but never forget, its them who make u step forword to succeed.. BELIEVE IN URSELF!!I learnt many many many things, tat i dunt have words to describe .. LIFE IS FULL OF LESSONS.. LEARN IT.. THE MUCH U LEARN ABOUT U, u will DISCOVER WHO U R and u will MAKE THE BEST FROM U!!Nice topic frnd!!

So sorry to hear your experiences. But, I can see your greatness.. I've learned about relationship. I must let my boyfriend go and try to love another one.

i am really sorry to hear ur losses. they are irreversible incomparable. as for me, tho' i claim to be an optimistic to the core, i cannot come out of the events of my life this 2006. my struggles have been all about hanging on to my marriage, about how to work it well, how to cope with the undefinable situations......it has been a long, persistent, bitter chain of struggles...it has been painfully annoying.... and my success has been in learning to withstand defeat and pain, learning to LET GO my loved ones, learning to be more wise and act like a grown up.... i have learnt happiness lies in letting go and not in hanging on to problems, i have learnt life is short so enjoy, live and let live...... ......and most importantly i have realised my childish folly and have learnt to respect my parents from deep inside and try and make them happy no matter what. thanx

well, for me personally, what i've got on 2006 was : never ever trust to anyone, especially men! :))i had a bad experiences with them!

I have learned to be patient, be strong and have faith. '06 has been a very hard year for me. I have had many struggles... financial, emotional, physical, but I came out on top, victorious and renewed. God has shown me he alway has my back and no matter how big or small my problems are, He always pulls me through. I am actually thankful for all the obstacles that have come my way because they only keep making better and all I have gone through is what makes me who I am today.

i have gone through..infact still i am going through crisis in my life....i have encountered lots of personal problems with some of my good friends....i have recovered from those worst situations in some case...and still fighting in some cases...i have lost some of my friends and gained good friends..i learned that friendship is the best thing in the world and nothing can be better than that...good friends are really needed in our life....so,i have determined myself to care for my good friends and never step back in any critical situation in doing that...

i have learned a lot this year, and i have earned a lot too.. i earned new set of friends, new boss, new relationships... i learned to be more patient, be more giving, to hold back anger, and give love when i am given anger. i learned that when a person tries to put you down, he can only try so much but you will not be moved, until you go with that person... so guys, stand firm.

I have learned many things in this year and become more good in this year.And i hope every body learned some thing and i hope everybody will do good things in this new year and be good HAPPY NEW YEAR.

To be on your own and to stand to your decision....

well I have learned in 2006 that trust everyone but not trust very much because everyone is not like me to do trust and do love and can give his life behind others I am like that but I can’t expect this with other so I learn that do everything by your self and do trust only GOD he is everything and trust and love your friends but not a closing eyes trust. and I think I am right and I hope that everyone will do agree with me,…

I just spent 6 month volunteering in New Orleans. I learned to be happy with what you have. Things could be alot worse.

I learned to love my wife and my daughter cause is most important persons to my life. Another lesson ? Hmm ... I work 1 months in Germany and 2 months in France. German people is inhospitable. french is hospitable is more latin :)

i learnt that placement is diff from marks that we score,,bec of some bitter experience of my seniors in 2006,,from this year i am going to change my view of learning, yes from marked based to knowledge based i.e. to increse technical knowledge and also puzzle solving skills, in focus to placement,, what about your plan

there are lots of things i learn during this year,and its all about hardwork and patience.i have try to build my own bussiness since last year and i've been very frustated because of it, i feel almost give up but i still trying to do it,until its finally working good.then everytime there's a problem i always get frustrated easily and everyone of my friend keep saying to me to be patience,an i find it true.i became more calm now because if we get frustated then we cant solve any problem wisely.also if we never give up then there's must be a way to finally goal our achievement:) so..good bye 2006 and thanks for all the moment i have during year 2006...welcome 2007 the beginning of a wonderful year

well one of the big lesson is the by the help of internet we can make some money!!! i got mylot by which i get 2 in 1: friends and money.. nice topic yar. and HAPPY NEW YEAR in advance

Well, my mind is not actually working right now for that thing. But I am trying to find out what lessons I've learned this year. I would say making decisions on my own and not to depend to others mind. Which is till now I dont know if I'm going to accomplish that next year. I hope 2007 will be a good one for me. No more bum moments and more opportunity for me.

My condolences to you. Good, God shines on you. I have learned so much from the web. My best accomplishment for this year is the publication of my main project - THE WILL New Testament (Greek to English) which is the plain translation of THE GREEK NEW TESTAMENT, Fourth Revised Edition, with the permission of the German Bible Society. I have also learned how to make a website which I long for since I began using the net more than 3 years ago. I learned a lot really from the net where I spend about 12 hours a day every day. Now I found myLot and I'm really very happy here but I'm fearing that my account would be closed for placing my URLS in my former posts which were not prohibited at first as I read the conditions and I have not seen it or perhaps I might not have seen it. Anyway, if it will be closed, God will find another way for me to accomplish His will. 2007 is fast approaching and I wish everybody success and happiness. May God bless you all. SEN

well i have learned that i want to become a researcher and work for the purpose of finding cure for viral diseases like HIV.. also i have learned that being a computer programmer is not as interesting as doing something in core biology.

i've learned that you can't be too sure of everything because something's bound to go wrong, some people just can't be trusted, and money isn't everything...
