how many hours you sleep in a day? / myLot

i sleep 5 to 6 hours a day...i have a baby and she usually awakens me at night..after that, its hard for me to sleep again..how about u?

I spend about 6-8 hours for sleeping...to complete the day

on weekdays i sleep about 7 hours but on weekends i sleep in so late like 8-9 hours.. im looking for a job i dont like sleeping in.. wastes too much of the day

I sleep 6 to hours in working days ....but in holidays about 8 to hours

yes it's to hard to sleep again baby because i also have a baby but i don't sleep in day time because having more work i can't....

Some days I go without sleep..other days I sleep 3-4 hours, and others 5-7 hours...it all depends on what I have going on and how much time I have available to sleep.

ohh i see..nice.. =) gud for you cause you're the one who's holding your time unlike me, it all depends on my daughter, if she's awake im awake too..heehee
