Do you use to fell asleep while you read books ?

Its a big problem with me whenevr i start reading something , whatever it is even if its magazines or educational things, after 10, 20 mins i will fell asleep .. Why is it so ?

But wen i see a movie or some , even if its a boring one i dont use to feel sleepy
